Shipping – We ship all orders within 7 days of receiving the order. If for some reason the item is not available you will be contacted.

U.S. Shipping flat rates are calculated based on how much money you spend.

$0.01-$100.00 spent = $7.00 shipping

$100.00 & above spent = FREE shipping

International Flat Rates are $30.00.

The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Thuyen Skincare will not be responsible for fees charged by customs. 

Returns – We do not offer returns on items purchased from our store. 

Damaged items - If an item was sent to you damaged we will exchange the item if it is available. In the case that a replacement is not available, we will refund your money.

Final Sale - We do not accept exchanges for discounted items. Sale transactions are final sale.
